Access Architecture

Part renovation, part prefab modular construction, the Astoria Hotel is located along the popular Riverwalk facing the Columbia River. A single-story restaurant with large expanses of glazing and an exterior deck engage with the Riverwalk and afford panoramic views of the river. The guestrooms will be constructed off site in an enclosed facility and craned in to place once completed, reducing construction duration and increasing construction quality.
