Tenant improvement of an existing limited-service restaurant into a new full-service sushi bar. A simple, modern aesthetic is used to maximize efficiency within limited space, while the use of wood brings warmth and a sense of texture to the interior experience. The renovation includes a new commercial kitchen as well as accessibility upgrades.
