Access Architecture

Block 162 South provides 48 units of deeply affordable senior housing within two buildings. The existing historic mid-block building will receive a full seismic upgrade, while the 4-story south building will be new construction. The buildings are connected internally, and share an open air courtyard. Interior spaces have been specially designed and located to provide seniors opportunities to gather and connect.
