LASCALA FOOD HALL
Five micro-restaurants housed within a communal dining hall. Tenants share a commercial kitchen in back, while roll-up garage doors in front draw people in off the sidewalk.
An industrial feel with touches of wood was conceived of for the interior design. A bar at the end of the space serves as the social hub, while four restaurants line the dining hall.
Work performed by Brendan Sanchez as a project architect while at Carleton Hart Architecture.
