Access Architecture

Increased energy efficiency, healthy interior environments and improved accessibility were all focuses of this renovation project located in Washougal, WA. Among other measures, energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) were added to unit interiors. Building exteriors received a complete recladding, including exterior continuous insulation and energy efficient windows.
